Worker program overview
Start with an initial worker interest form. If your submission appears to be a fit, a worker success agent will reach out to discuss worker expectations, answer questions, and provide next-step materials before full application documentation, tax documentation if required, written terms, and onboarding.
This page gives a high-level overview of the worker path. The full how-it-works document is provided after the initial worker interest form and worker success review. Before onboarding begins, prospective workers who appear to be a fit receive additional details, next-step materials, and written terms so they can understand the expectations, compensation structure, required documentation, and responsibilities before continuing.
Submit the initial worker interest form with accurate contact, eligibility, and referral information if applicable.
Player 2 Systems reviews whether the worker path may be a fit based on basic eligibility, comfort with the regulated promotion category, and program needs.

Accepted workers complete guided onboarding involving regulated sportsbook and casino promotions. The $1,200 onboarding incentive and any 30% profit share apply according to written terms.
After onboarding, eligible participants may enter an ongoing program phase governed by written terms. Profit share refers to an agreed share of profits generated from approved promotion activity tied to a participant's program participation, as defined in written terms. It is not a share of Player 2 Systems' company-wide profits, not employment income, and not guaranteed future earnings.
